                      Rhythm of the Living Body

Be aware of the various rhythm of the body. The breath rhythm. The heart rhythm. The internal rhythm that runs the organs etc. the carnosacral rhythm. 

And the Bio-Rhythm. Look up also the internal body qi clock.

1. The Secret Place :  He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. Psalm 91:1. What a powerful verse. The secret to abiding in the shadow of the Almighty is to dwell in the Secret Place ! How simple is that !  2.
