Awakening


Buddhist says Awakening. The soul has awakened. The true self starts to emerge. Starts to emerge. Not full bloom but starts to emerge.

Jesus says Born Again. Which IMHO is the same thing really. The 2 are referring to the Soul, the true self. Your true identity without layers of childhood, family, cultural, religious garbage

Stripping away who says what and what is what, the point is being awakened in the soul. That’s it. If you get awakened by watching a sunset, well that’s very good but don’t make a religion out of Sunset. 😀 or rainbow or dolphins or whatever ! 

Religion observes a moral code and tries to emulate it. Whereas true spirituality is lived from inside out. From within to without. The light from within naturally flows out without any mental construct or obstruct.

And the church says pray, read your Bible, come to church, have faith and pray some more.
