Matthew 17:21 : Ekadashi : Another take on the verse


 

Why doesn’t this kind referring to certain demonic spirits that has entered man and refuse to leave except prayer and fasting. 

Prayer and fasting increases the light energy of all the chakras. Fasting as in abstinence from food is but an entry ticket. It’s not the goal of spiritual growth, truth or progress. Prayer I believe is referring to meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️. Thus being still in a weakened state does increase the energy & light centres of the body
