Qi 气 is moves through intention 意. The rule of manifestations. Co-collaborators with the universe. Establishing the Kingdom of God.

大道廢， 有仁義；智慧出，有大偽；六親不和，有孝慈；國家昏亂，有忠臣。 The need for Ten Commandments arises because men no longer operate in the Spirit of Goodness. When men operate in harmony and in the Spirit, there's no need for external code of conducts.
