Matthew 7:7 (Another take on the verse)
Sometimes we want it bad but if we can and have the resources , that’s fine. If not than we must have the courage and the conviction to take the first step. To make the tool for us to have what we want.
Another way to see it is like cooking rice. The first stage we have an idea of what we want. Abit hazy but we have an idea. Let it simmer. Put it in kiv mode in the subconscious. Let it simmer some more. Don’t force the issue let it come naturally. If it take 9 months for the baby to come out it takes 9 months. Every idea born into reality have a life of its own. Understand the rhythm of that life. Just as the mother really have no real direct say in the manufacturing of the baby so are Ideas. They do have a life of its own.
The second stage is when we begin to have a more definite idea of what we want and like the idea enough to start thinking how it might happen. And especially when there is a degree of urgency attached to it. A dateline that we must make a decision.
The third stage is Carpe Diem. Seize the moment. We become desperate. Like Bruce Lee said the way of no way. Suddenly we see the punch coming and we are not prepared for it like when we train. We have to improvise and trust our body to response to the moment out of nothing else but pure instinct and reflex.
