The sportspeople know it well. To play when in the zone, when in the Alpha state, where you see the ball approaching in slow motion and you are already there and placing the next shot all in a few milli seconds. But in that milliseconds , time stops, eternity seems to kick in. 

It can’t be described, it can only be experienced. Like an orgasm. But like making love you can reach that state.
